Holly's Olena -- AQHA, NFQHA Sorrel Gelding
Holly's Olena aka "Shorty" got his barn name when he was the shortest red horse in the barn. Since then many have come and gone. The ones that remain are much shorter than "Shorty" but the name stuck. "Shorty" is an AQHA, NFQHA sorrel gelding by Olena Chex, (NCHA LTE $10,000+, Doc O'Lena x Omega Command by King Fritz) out of Handle Bar Holly, (NCHA LTE $29,000) His grandsire is Doc O'Lena and his maternal grandsire is Handle Bar Doc by Doc Bar.
Shorty is an amazing, catty, cowy son of a gun but you can put anyone on him and he will take care of them. But ask anything of him and you better be grabbin leather.

Chuck is amazingly smooth, his moves are big and sweeping. He is easy to ride, fast and smooth, he will unseat you if you are not paying attention but gentle enough to put anyone on.
Chuck is confident, trusting and will make a great versatility competitor, a cutter, sorter or working cow. He's got a long life ahead of him and looking to win many more championships. We hope to begin his show career in ranch versatility starting in 2010.
"Pearl" is out of our ranch mare Miss Breezy Bro by Jose Baron Jack and is every bit as level headed and easy to get along with as her mommy. She is ranch raised and ready to be a star. She has style and color, a beautiful head, sloping shoulder and rounded hip. She's is currently working and sorting cattle along with other various ranch jobs.
Pearl is very quick, and extremely light and responsive. She has a great attitude and takes her work in stride. She is very lite, she has an awesome stop, and is truely a seasoned ranch horse. Her first time shown was the 2010 Sheriffs Posse Horsemanship & Trail Challenge where she won Reserve Champion. Nice start to what looks like a successful career.
This is our new addition! We're calling her SaVvy. (that's two V's) She is by our ranch stallion, Haidas Goldolena out of Easter Acres. We're pretty proud, isn't she something?
